Professor Steinbock’s research interests include primarily contemporary German and French philosophy, especially phenomenology and its development in thinkers like Husserl, Merleau-Ponty, Scheler, Heidegger, Levinas, Derrida, Marion, Waldenfels, and Lefort. Mai 2014 Veranstaltet von: Die philosophische Anthropologie erlebt seit etlichen Jahren eine Renaissance. Dabei geht es ihr nicht nur darum, die Kerntexte der Autoren ihrer ‚klassischen’ Periode – Max Scheler, Helmuth Plessner, Arnold Gehlen – neu anzueignen, sondern auf lebensweltliche und wissen-schaftliche Veränderungen der Gegenwart zu reagieren, die veränderte Fragen nach dem Le-bewesen ‚Mensch’ provozieren. Es könnte nun an der Zeit sein, eine Bestandsaufnahme dieser vieljährigen und mannigfaltigen Bemühungen vorzunehmen. Das Prager Kolloquium will sich dieser Aufgabe in einem bescheidenen Rahmen widmen. Dabei soll es jedoch nicht um eine Rückschau auf das bisher Erreichte gehen. Vielmehr will das Kolloquium zu Überlegungen darüber motivieren, wie philosophische Anthropologie künftig vonstatten gehen könnte. Dabei stehen Fragen wie die folgenden im Mittelpunkt: Welche Themenfelder wurden in bisherigen Forschungen zur philosophischen Anthropologie zu wenig berücksichtigt oder gar ausgeblendet? Wie sollte das ‚Philosophische’ in der Wendung ‚philosophische Anthropolo-gie’ verstanden werden, und welchen Ort sollte diese in heutigen Wissenschaftskulturen, ins-besondere mit Blick auf interdisziplinäre und interkulturelle Fragestellungen, einnehmen? Ist das Genre der philosophischen Anthropologie zeitgemäß, oder sollte es transformiert werden, und was wären die Möglichkeiten einer solchen Transformation? du 28 au 30 avril 2014 Journée d’études organisée par la Faculté des sciences humaines de l’Université Charles de Prague, le programme Erasmus Master Mundus EuroPhilosophie et dans le cadre du projet de recherche « Relevance of the Subjectivity » mené à bien par le Département de philosophie continentale contemporaine de l’Institut de philosophie de l’Académie des Argumentaire Nous trouvons chez Levinas une théorie originale de la subjectivité enracinée dans la sensibilité qui s’achève en tant que subjectivité humaine par la responsabilité éthique. Dans l’oeuvre de Levinas qui représente une innovation essentielle de la pensée phénoménologique, on peut distinguer plusieurs phases où le rapport entre l’égoïsme de la jouissance de la vie corporelle « athée » et la signifiance éthique de l’un-pour-l’autre s’articulent de différentes manières. Nous constatons à ce propos une évolution de sa pensée allant d’une relative autonomie de la subjectivité sensible vers sa quasiintégration dans l’événement an-archique de la signifiance éthique qui porte la subjectivité chez le dernier Levinas. Outre cet axe phénoménologique des questions liées à la subjectivité incarnée, on trouve également chez Levinas des réflexions qui ouvrent sur d’autres dimensions de la condition humaine, telles que l’art, la politique, la religion. |
